The tickets are valid for one day and can be redeemed on any day during the current season. The online ticket saves you waiting time at the ticket office and takes you directly to the Ballenberg site.
Guests with a discount (Raiffeisen Member Plus, Museum Pass, etc.) must buy their ticket on site to receive the discount. Thank you for your understanding!
Family day admission
With the online ticket you can go straight through the turnstile into the museum grounds without having to queue up at the box office. The voucher may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The family ticket is valid for parents with their children/grandparents with their grandchildren (from 6th to 16th birthday). Valid for the 2023 season.
