Tickets
The tickets are valid for one day and can be redeemed on any day during the current season. The online ticket saves you waiting time at the ticket office and takes you directly to the Ballenberg site.
Guests with a discount (Raiffeisen Member Plus, Museum Pass, etc.) must buy their ticket on site to receive the discount. Thank you for your understanding!
Adult day admission
With the online ticket you can go straight through the turnstile into the museum grounds without having to queue up at the box office. The voucher may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

With the online ticket you can go straight through the turnstile into the museum grounds without having to queue up at the box office. Child from 6 – 16th birthday. This admission ticket is only valid for two consecutive days. The voucher may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
